Withdrawing from a JoomSlot site, and who actually paid
A JoomSlot withdrawal was a request, not a payment. The webmaster checked it and paid it by hand in BTCPay, and nothing in the software made them do it.
Archived product JoomSlot is no longer offered. Downloads, API keys, the game server and support are gone, so this page describes how version 1.0 worked in 2021.
The withdraw form has three things on it: your balance in game points and bitcoin, a box for how many points to take out, and a box for a Bitcoin address. In the manual's screenshot the balance is zero, so a red error sits above it saying you need at least 10 game points. JoomSlot is retired and these forms are dead; this page records how withdrawals worked in 2021.
The player's side
Log in, open Withdraw, enter the points and a Bitcoin address, press Request withdraw. The manual suggested a fresh receiving address from your wallet app for every withdrawal. The default minimum was 10 points, which at the default rate of 100,000 points to one bitcoin is 0.0001 BTC.
That was all the player did. Pressing the button didn't send any money. It added a line to a list in the site's back end, and the Withdraw History page showed its status.
The webmaster's side
Limits were set in Components > JoomSlot > Options under Withdrawal options: a minimum in BTC and a maximum per user per day.
The manual warned against setting the minimum below 0.0001 BTC, because the Kennie.club BTCPay server couldn't pay out less. The screenshot has the daily maximum at 0; the manual doesn't say whether that meant no limit or no withdrawals, and I can't check.
Then the payout. It was never automatic. The webmaster logged in to the BTCPay server, went to the wallet's payouts, picked the withdrawal and paid it, then went back to Components > JoomSlot > Withdrawals and updated the status, which sent the player an e-mail. The backend guide shows that list. The manual also told webmasters to check each request against the player's game stats and transaction history first, and to pay within 15 minutes "to add confidence and trust".
What that meant for players
Put plainly: nothing in the software forced a site owner to pay. A request could sit at Pending for as long as the owner liked, or be marked Refund. Bitcoin can't be pulled back once sent, the sites weren't licensed, and in Malaysia taking bets like this without a licence is illegal, which leaves a player with no one to complain to. Fifteen minutes was advice, not a rule.

Questions people asked
Why couldn't the minimum go below 0.0001 BTC?
The old manual said the Kennie.club BTCPay server couldn't process payouts smaller than that, so webmasters were told not to set a lower minimum.
What if the site owner never paid my withdrawal?
Then there was very little you could do. Payouts were entirely manual, Bitcoin payments can't be clawed back, and a site selling game credit without a licence isn't one you can take to a regulator.
